How to use the jam machine.
Soloing is pattern-spotting: once you can see which frets belong to the key, your ears take over. The backing groove gives your notes somewhere to land, and the green rings show which of those notes are inside the chord of the moment.

Every white dot is safe. Move between neighboring dots on one string, then across strings, and let notes ring over the groove.
Chase the green rings
Ringed notes belong to the chord playing right now. Ending a phrase on one makes the line sound intentional, not lucky.
